Here are the new room sizes available in The Sims Social and their prices:

• 4x8 room size - 5000 Simoleons
• 8x6 room size - 7000 Simoleons
• 8x8 room size - 12,000 Simoleon
• 8x10 room size - 15,000 Simoleons
• 10x10 room size - 24,000 Simoleons

It's worth noting that the 8x6 room design has two options to purchase, depending on your needs, so there are actually 6 new room sizes released in The Sims Social. You will find it a lot easier to build up your rooms in The Sims Social, so have fun doing so!
