While St. Patrick's Day is still a ways off on the horizon, Zynga is already preparing for the holiday in CastleVille by offering a contest. The contest asks you to create a design for either a Cow or Avatar Costume with St. Patrick's Day being the theme.

Details

The Design a St. Patrick's Day Costume or Cow will only run once. Entries must be within the St. Patrick's Day Costume or Cow theme to be eligible. For your entry to be eligible it must be posted in this thread, and the design must be your original property.

The CastleVille team will select our top 3 St. Patrick's Day Costume or Cow Items. The top 3 will then be posted in a survey on Survey Monkey where the winner will be selected by popular vote. In addition, two participants will be chosen at random to receive a prize of 40 Crowns each!

• Posting will begin Thursday February 9th at 12 PM PST (22:00 GMT).
• Posting will end Monday February 20th at 12 PM PST (22:00 GMT).

They will announce their St. Patrick's Day Costume or Cow Contest Winner on their Official Fan Page on Wednesday February 22nd at 12 PM PST (22:00 GMT). Make sure you are creative! The CastleVille team will be judging the pictures based off of originality, effort and presentation.
