It doesn't need to be said, but running out of energy in Empires & Allies is no fun. Luckily, you can keep the party going for longer each time you play with the activation of the Energy Cradle in your empire. This new building comes as an invention from Dr. Seabolt, and once you build it in your game, you'll be able to use it to increase your maximum energy capacity by 10 full units.

You'll need to collect a variety of building materials to complete the construction of your Energy Cradle:

• Energy Coils
• Energy Panels
• Energy Converters
• Energy Meters

These items are earned by asking your friends to send them to you. From there, you'll be able to activate the Energy Cradle (so that you actually earn those extra energy points) once every 12 hours by spending 200 oil and 100 ore to do so. Is this worth the extra energy? That will ultimately be determined by how much (and how often) you individually play the game, but it's nice to see the option there for the hardcore players that won't miss the extra oil or ore.
