As the summer heat forces many to stay inside where it's cool, Zynga hopes that you'll spend some of that indoor time playing the Ville on Facebook, as it has released a new set of clothing items in the game's avatar customization menu that will allow you to celebrate summer without actually being outside in it. Here with a look at the game's female summer items, which will of course vary from the male items, but will at least give you an idea of what to expect when you go into your own game.

• Wavy Bob (Hair) - 6 Ville Cash
• Strawberry Sorbet Tank - 1,200 coins
• Vanilla Sorbet Shorts - 1,000 coins
• Summer Sarong - 2,000 coins
• Teeny Weeny Swim Top - 650 coins

• Teeny Weeny Swim Bottom - 700 coins
• Rainbow Swirl Swim Top - 850 coins
• Rainbow Swirl Swim Bottom - 900 coins
• Plastique Pink Watch - 450 coins
• Speedy Swim Goggles - 2 Ville Cash

All of these items will be available in the game's store for the next 12 days. It's possible that additional summer-themed clothing items will be released between now and then!
