The developers at Playfish may release some new friend & enemy gifts in Simcity Social.

From Simcity Social Fansite

The developers at Playfish who are behind SimCity Social have hinted the possibility of new Friend and Enemy gifts arriving soon to our favourite online Facebook game by releasing a Poll asking players to vote on what new creatures or flying machines you would like to see added to the game in the future.

Simcity Social Friend & Enemy Gifts

The choices to pick from include fictional creatures like a Pegasus or Dragon and more realistic things like Pretty Birds, Commercial Aeroplanes or a Weather Helicopter.

Playfish has not confirmed whether or not these choices will be included as Friend or Enemy gifts or if they will in fact be part of a new theme or collection but by the sounds of the choices the first option seems more likely.
