According to Facebook's own data, FIFA Superstarsstill has 1 million monthly active users, but those players apparently weren't paying enough real money to keep the game afloat, so the company will close the game on March 31 on both Facebook dna iOS.

"Please note that on March 31st 2013, EA sports will be shutting down FIFA Superstars on Facebook, iPhone, iPod touch and iPad platforms. This is occurring because we occasionally have to retire games in order to re-allocate our resources to newer or more popular titles."

FIFA Superstars Closing

Any premium currency that you may have purchased for FIFA Superstars will disappear on March 31, as EA has decided against allowing you to transfer it to another game. While this definitely gives you the opportunity to clear out your current virtual wallet on items that you may have always had your eye on, you'll unfortunately only get to enjoy them for a couple more months.
