Ammo Crates and Gasoline Drops are the most efficient ways to spend your Cash when trying to obtain supplies. That does not consider though the amount of Drop Zones required to harvest the same amount of Supplies as an initial investment or the energy required to collect it.

So it looks like Writer will only be requesting Gasoline drops to be cost efficient and allow others to assist them if no other actions on his battlefield can be accommodated. Bigger is not better, now to figure out degradation time of supplies until they expire to know if Gasoline drops is viable for every daily or bi-daily player to use and let maybe sit before collection.
