Iron Man

Iron man makes for a great initial hero and you'll start the game with him. You should use Iron man on the first missions to train him up to higher levels so you have access to his powerful attacks.

Special Skills:

• Flying - immune to most ground attacks.
• Blaster - All hits against bruisers are critical hits and ignore defense.

Combat Moves:

• Repulsor Ray - 46-56 damage on one enemy.
• Missile Barrage - 21-25 damage on all enemies.
• Deflector Shield - Absorbs incoming damage on self with a cool down of two turns.
• Unibeam - 44-53 damage on one enemy.

Black Widow

Black Widow is another one of the first super heroes you'll use in the game. She should be sent on flight missions to gather coins. When she comes back you can do previous missions so she has a chance to level up.

Special Skills:

• Infiltrator - Gains combat awareness when attacking tacticians.

Combat Moves:

• Martial Arts Combo - 24-34 damage to one enemy.
• Widow's Bite - 30-36 damage to one enemy.
• Flying Kick - 33-53 damage to one enemy.
• Revenge Tactics - Increase damage done to target.

Hawkeye

Hawkeye is another one of the initial heroes and he is a good one to use. His arrows will hit the targets and he has powerful ranged attacks that hit multiple targets. Along with Iron Man and your character this makes a good initial team to use.

Special Skills:

• Master Marksman - Attacks almost never miss.
• Tactician - Gains a bonus turn after attacking blasters.

Combat Moves:

• Sure Shot - 35-41 damage to one enemy.
• Arrow Volley - 22-26 damage to all enemies.
• Trick Arrow - 21-26 damage to one enemy.
• Pinpoint Target - Guaranteed attacks against one target

Cyclops

Cyclops is a good all round hero to use and he has a powerful eye ray. Use cyclops in your fleet to get coins and then bring him back to do older missions so he can level up.

Special Skills:

• Tactician - Gains a bonus turn after attacking blasters.

Combat Moves:

• Optic Bast - 40-59 damage to one enemy.
• Evasive Maneuvers - Evasion increased by 25% for all allies. Cool down of three turns.
• Exploit Weakness - 29-34 damage to one enemy.
• Mega Optic Blast - 24-36 damage to all enemies.

Black Cat

Black Cat is a decent early game hero but has no real good special moves.

Special Skills:

• Infiltrator - Gains combat awareness when attacking tacticians.

Combat Moves:

• Cat Scratch - 18-24 damage to one enemy.
• Unlucky Strike - 22-35 damage to one enemy.
• Stroke of Luck - increases stats for this turn.
• Nerve Chop - 26-36 damage to one enemy.

Captain America

Captain America costs 130 command points but he is well worth the price if you can afford it. he is good in all situations and he has some very powerful attacks at his disposal.

Special Skills:

• Tactician - Gains an bonus after attacking blasters.

Combat Moves:

• Shield Bash - 29-46 damage to one enemy.
• Leading Strike - 35-42 damage to one enemy.
• Shield Throw - 21-31 damage to all enemies.
• Shield Guard - Protects allies from single target attacks with a cool down on one turn.

Colosuss

Colosuss is very affordable at only 25 command points and he packs a big punch. He has unbreakable skin so he's immune to bleeding.

Special Skills:

• Bruiser - Gains enraged when attacking or attacked by scrappers.
• Unbreakable Skin - Cannot be afflicted with bleeding.

Combat Moves:

• Steel Fists - 32-40 damage to one enemy.
• Steel Curtain - Protects allies from attacks for one turn.
• Decimate - 42-59 damage to one enemy.
• Colossal Smash - 18-26 damage to all enemies.
