If you log into SimCity Social you should see a special new icon towards the right hand side of your game screen in the shape of a JetSet Secrets logo. This special icon will give you the opportunity to obtain an exclusive special promotional building called the Spy Training Center.

The Spy Training Center is a Factory that drops 43 Materials every 9 Minutes which is very little and will not make a major difference in your SimCity and some would argue with it being a waste of valuable Energy to collect from, however it is know that there are players that love to have every building and especially collect all of the rare special buildings, so for them it's another challenge to achieve it.

Obtaining the Spy Training Center is rather easy, all you have to do is click on the JetSet Secrets icon in your SimCity Social game and a pop up will greet you asking if you would like to play the new item finding game by EA on Facebook. Once you are in the JetSet Secrets game, just play through it until you reach Level 3 and you will unlock the Spy Training Center which will be located in your SimCity Social Inventory when you return.
