Since the release of the University and along with it the notorious University Ingredients they have been the talk of the SimCity Social universe but for the majority not often in the kindest terms due to the unpredictability and difficulty in dropping the uncommon and more notably rare three Big Idea, Kaizen and Expression Ingredients.

• Common Ingredients = Vision, Innovation, Flair
• Uncommon Ingredients = Entrepreneurship, Efficiency, Creativity
• Rare Ingredients = Big Idea, Kaizen, Expression
