Players can find equipment by attacking Gangs on the Map in The Godfather: Five Families. Gangs are marked with a yellow diamond surrounding a black fist.

The Godfather: Five Families Equipment

Gangs vary from level 1 to 10. Level 1 Gangs will always be weaker than level 10 Gangs.

When defeating a Gang there is a chance that you will find a piece of equipment. The equipment will be the same level as the Gang you defeated. For example, if you defeat a Level 6 Gang, you have the chance to find a Level 6 piece of equipment.

The Godfather: Five Families Equipment

When you find a piece of equipment, you will see the item listed on the battle report on the left hand side, underneath any resources you looted from the Gang.

Any equipment you have acquired can be equipped in the Armory.
