There is no stealing Minecraft. Minecraft wasn't an original game; Notch developed it to copy ANOTHER game called Infiniminer.
Super Marioa is a very popular title in the platformer genre, does not mean every platformer is a copy of Mario. Some are, but that's not the point.
Just because there are popular titles in gaming genres, does not mean that any game like it is a copy.
